SUNSCREEN:
A light, tinted moisturizer with sunscreen is a MUST as no matter how much makeup you put
bad skin cannot be helped. |
CLEANSER:
You never know when you might need it, so always have some handy. Don't be cheap and get
any ol' thing. Take your time to get a cleanser that will be quick and easy to use but
good for YOUR face. |
TONER:
Always keep a small travel-size bottle of toner to maintain fresh, clean skin. This can
rejuvenate the most tired of faces in a matter of minutes. |
EYE MAKEUP REMOVER:
For those times that you have to go from "glam" to" girl next door".
They aren't oily so you can remove shadows and reapply as needed immediately. They're also
great for lipstick removal. |
FOUNDATION:
Make sure you match your SKIN. This seems to be the hardest area for most women (models or
not) so take your time and find the right color and formula for you. When shopping for the
product, don't be afraid to ask the cosmetic representative at the counter for help.
ALWAYS double-check it in various lighting. If you can walk to the door to see the results
in natural light do it! |
CONCEALER:
This is a big must to all women. Use this with a brush, and PAT those little imperfections
away. For those with a very clear complexion, this might be all you need instead of
foundation too. |
POWDER:
Either a loose or pressed powder is important whether you use foundation or not. The
powder will set any concealed areas, and give powder blushes a surface to glide on for a
flawless application. |
BLUSHER:
A Cream blush that blends into your skin instead of a powder blush that sits on top of it
is always better. In dire circumstances the blush added with a little bit of gloss could
work as a lipstick as well as an eyeshadow. |
