Ingredients
Small brinjals 6.
Tomatoes 2medium.
Onions 2medium.
Green chilli 1
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Chopped green coriander 1tbsp.
Oil 50ml
Salt & pepper to taste |
Procedure
Make two cuts lengthwise down each
brinjal but not cutting through.Chop onions,
tomatoes, chilli & coriander.Add
salt,pepper,garlic paste & mix well. Stuff
the mixture and stuff into the brinjals. Tie
each with string. Take oil in a pan & lay
brinjals horizontally & cover till get cooked. |
