As parents we are geared to fulfill our children's physical and material requirements and in fact consider ourselves extremely
guilty if we fail to do so. But what of their emotional and mental needs? In our busy worlds, things as intangible as psyche and
personality, are prone to be neglected, not through active cruelty but out of ignorance or carelessness. There is also the problem that these things make us feel inadequate and we all have the tendency and ability to block out whatever makes us unhappy or inadequate.
