There are a lot of inexpensive flowers in the market - so make the neighbourhood phoolwala your pal, he'll help you stretch that rupee. And sometimes, just a single rose does the trick... Flowers Don't Have To Mean Commitment. Relax, guys, sending her that bouquet doesn't mean she expects you to pop the question the next time you see her. It just means that you are interested, she's interesting, will she come out for a coffee, her smile looks like a diwali night, where was she all your life...or just. "Hi! Remember me?!". No Anonymous flowers please That often works like a crank call - beside what a waste of money. So write a little note - as romantic or "friendly" as you want it to be and remember to sign your name.
